• Customized orders (with names, messages, or special designs) cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product
• We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

Returns

Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds
