3. Orders & Customization

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Customization details (names, messages, designs) must be shared at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled as requested.

4. Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment We accept payments through the options available at checkout. Orders are processed only upon successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Perishable Nature of Products Our products are perishable. Please consume them within the shelf life indicated on the packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.
• Since products are made to order and perishable, we generally do not accept returns.
• Refunds or replacements will be offered only in case of damaged or incorrect products — please share a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
